Mr. Chitrak Shah firmly believes in giving back to society. With 25+ years of experience in the real estate industry, he founded the Shivalik Institute of Real Estate (SIRE). Through the institute, his vision is to transform passionate individuals into outstanding professionals and to upgrade the skyline of the city. His mission at SIRE is to equip young entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills and insights needed to excel in this dynamic, ever-evolving industry.

If performance could be personified, it would look like Mr. Taral Shah. He has proven himself to be a technocrat, playing a key role in various projects, construction frameworks and procurement.

He believes real estate is not just about properties and transactions; it's about understanding the ever-changing dynamics of the market, mastering negotiation skills and developing a keen sense of ethics. At SIRE, he contributed to framing content aligned with industry trends, the latest technologies and future market opportunities. His vision is to offer a well-rounded education that encompasses these crucial aspects.

Teaching and training in real estate since 2004, Dr. Pandya brings more than 21 years of academic experience. As Head of Academics, he spearheads curriculum design, new courses and the overall academic quality of ongoing programmes.

Having taught real estate at several universities and corporates, he is driven by an integrated approach to learning that combines theory, practice, field studies and simulation activities. Together with the leadership team, he is building SIRE into a hub for innovation, research and high-quality real estate education.
